We had to replace our garage doors/openers, likely original with the house. We got 3 quotes and DSI's was right in the middle. We got 3 quotes and DSI's was right in the middle. But Jay did a much better job explaining the options and making sure we were not being sold something we did not need. The installer took his time to do the job right, you can see the improvement from what was there before. Doors and openers can be bought anywhere, for something like this you want confidence that you are getting the right product and getting them installed correctly so that they last as long as the originals did. Would highly recommend Jay and DSI. This was a small sale compared to the larger ones they do but they treated us as if ours was the most important.

My only complaint is there are 2 pieces of old metal leftover from my old garage door that were reused, and I feel they should've been replaced as part of the new door structure.
