DSI was great to work with to replace our garage door and opener. Jay worked with us through initial sales process to pick out the perfect hardware, get it ordered and quickly scheduled for installation. The install crew showed up right in time, were professional and efficient getting the new door and opener installed in a few hours. The new door looks great and the new opener is amazingly quiet. I’d highly recommend DSI 09/26 update - we had an issue with the door tracking. DSI responded very quickly, addressed the problem in less than 30 minutes and covered the parts and labor under warranty. Great customer service!!

Very professional. Very reasonable fees. They fixed my garage door opening and gave me advice on how to avoid issues moving forward. They also figured out why the car garage door opener button in my car wasn’t consistently working which has been very helpful.
