Started calling companies ~6pm- thank goodness I found DSI, they were at my house by 7pm and the repair was done by 7:30. Quoted price by phone was accurate. I will make sure I share my positive experience w/ my coworkers (informal recommendation network) & neighbors. Scott also taught me maintenance. Thanks!
