Over charged
I’m not happy that I got over charged by this company they just put lubricant on the door and I got billed $177.08 for less than an hour of their time. What a ripoff!!

I will not longer use their services and I don’t recommend them to anyone.

When the customer called to discuss his invoice, he mentioned he had been told that the work should be done under warranty by us. So, he was expecting a no charge invoice. Upon further investigation we realized he was not a previous customer of ours. I told him that he needed to show me an invoice for work that supposedly we did, and I would then correct the charge. The customer then changed their story, saying that nothing had to be done, and that they had basically fixed the problem prior to the service man showing up – yet customer had not canceled the service call. Customer then said that our serviceman was there for .5hr but didn’t have to do anything. I had already asked our serviceman what he did, and he said that he had lubed the hardware, but the door was still running rough, so he had to do adjustments to the springs. When this was explained to the customer and he became irate and demand a discount, stating that otherwise they would “bad mouth” us to everyone they could possibly think of.Professional, friendly and helpful

Since then I've backed into the door twice. First time it was able to be fixed (wonderful service), second time had to order new panels. Everyone at the company from salesand service, to the installers have been wonderful and knowledgeable. Incredibly professional and friendly. Always on top of the schedule and on time for appointments.
